Overview
Your Move is a multi-session, group-delivered blended learning sexual health education program for females ages 14 to 19. It modifies the evidence-based intervention Seventeen Days, originally designed for individual delivery via interactive video, while embedding all original Seventeen Days content.
Core components include:
- Individual “personal reflection” activities leveraged from Seventeen Days so participants can engage privately with personalized decision-making opportunities.
- Group activities to reinforce lessons and further engage adolescents in the material.
📈 Evidence-Based Results: A group randomized controlled trial indicated positive impacts on knowledge and unprotected vaginal intercourse at a three-month follow-up.
How It
Works
This is designed for adolescent girls in small group settings. Each license provides a reusable Facilitator Kit and participant login licenses for individual access to the Seventeen Days interactive video experience.
📋 Group Guidelines:
Recommended size: 8–12 participants
Minimum size: 4 (if fewer than 4, use Seventeen Days instead)
Maximum size: Flexible at agency discretion
Your Move is delivered in seven sessions and combines individual ‘personal reflection’ activities with group activities to reinforce lessons and engage participants in the material.
👥 Group Sessions
The wrap-around videos facilitated the transition between facilitators leading the session to the video clips viewed during the larger group session. Brittany and Jayla help to frame and summarize the content for viewers.
🎧 Personal Reflections
When the girls break away from the group, they work individually on their phones or tablets with headphones, practicing their individual decision-making related to that day’s session.

C. License and Access Terms
- ✅ Each login provides individual, confidential access to Seventeen Days for 12 months after activation.

- ✅ Facilitators may print provided PDFs and handouts locally for instructional use.
- ✅ Optional printed Birth Control Option Booklets available (~$5 each).
